Tom Holroyd

Tom co-founded The Cherwell Group with Alex Thompson in 1991 having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with Weatherall Green & Smith. Tom has extensive knowledge of residential and commercial development, specialising in identifying prime development opportunities and securing planning consent on complex sites. Tom manages the financial strategy of the business and oversees all investment and development activities.
